The Femme Gaze

My Portrait Series, The Femme Gaze, was widely modeled after The Pre-Raphelite Painting Ophelia by John Everette Millias. Instead of solely conveying the theme of suicide, I ventured into other facets of my emotions and experiences of being a woman, while also subverting the male gaze through capturing the Divine Feminine Energy of my subjects.
