Hi Y’all!

It’s Blossum! I am a multi-disciplinary visual & performance artist; I am a photographer, model, dancer, burlesque & circus arts performer. I recently added Stand Up to my repertoire, taking a Level-1 Stand Up course over at Laugh Lab this summer. I am vigorously training aerial arts in preparation for Aircraft Circus Academy, which I will be attending in Spring 2025! My dream job is to tour with a circus company once my training is sufficient.

I am in love with being an artist and performer. My mother encouraged me from an early age to be creative. My performance experience started at the local library putting on a musical for the county theatre, which lead to performance in musical theatre throughout my public school attendance. I grew up extremely poor, so anything beyond what was offered in school or locally that was free, I did not do. So in my early 20s I began taking dance classes, which was a lifelong goal of mine. I interned at various dance studios in exchange for free classes. I’ve been pole dancing for three years, & have since begun training in aerial arts as of October 2023. I’ve been studying Burlesque performance since August 2023, & began collaborating with Atlanta School of Burlesque in exchange for free education. I take photos of the students & their costumes each semester. It’s one of my favorite ongoing projects; It’s so much fun to shoot!

I’ve been taking photos since my second year of college. I graduated with honors & got a degree in studio art, main emphasis in photography. I’ve shot four weddings, taken countless headshots/portraits, and have been meticulously honing my craft over the past decade. My photos are shot & edited with care. I can confidently say my portfolios on this website reflect such. My main goal is to capture special moments creatively.

In my free time I’m usually at the gym training for circus school, or spending time at home with my puppies. I enjoy flavored iced lattes and avoiding rush hour traffic by staying close to home most of the time. I’d eventually like to muster the energy to write a couple of books, both memoirs and science-fiction. One of my other lifelong goals is to attend the hot air balloon festival in New Mexico. One of my even crazier life goals is to eventually do an aerial performance that is rigged/suspended from a hot air balloon! (It IS possible, I’ve seen it on instagram!!!).
